Johnson Eapen is the President and CEO of MissionBridge Advisor, a leadership advisory practice serving mission-driven organizations globally. With more than 30 years of executive leadership experience, Johnson partners with boards, CEOs, presidents, executives, and emerging leaders to strengthen organizations through leadership selection, development, assessment, coaching, and strategic advisory services.
Johnson's career spans healthcare, higher education, nonprofit, faith-based, and international organizations. He has served in senior executive roles — including as Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer — bringing clients a combination of executive experience, organizational insight, and a genuine commitment to strengthening the missions they serve.
His work is grounded in the conviction that leadership matters — that the right leader in the right role, supported by sound organizational practices, can transform an organization's capacity to fulfill its mission. This conviction shapes every engagement, from executive search to coaching to board advisory.
Johnson holds a Master of Science, an Education Specialist (Ed.S), and a Master of Business Administration, and is a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), a Predictive Index Certified Practitioner, a Certified Executive Coach (CEC), and a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Practitioner. These credentials reflect a commitment to bringing both rigorous methodology and deep human understanding to every client relationship.
Johnson also brings more than 20 years of adjunct teaching experience, spanning Alvernia University, Eastern University, and the Community College of Philadelphia — teaching and developing curriculum for courses in Human Resources, Business Management, Organizational Behavior, and Leadership.
Johnson also brings extensive international and cross-cultural leadership experience developed through years of work with leaders, ministries, and organizations across multiple countries and cultures.
